Enrollment Requirements at Hummingbird Academy
To enroll your child in our alternative POD kindergarten program, please prepare the necessary documents and confirm eligibility to ensure a smooth application process.
What documents are needed?
Please fill out the two page parental documents attached under the Start Enrollment tab. -Be sure to note any physical/dietary or allergy accommodations your child has.
-Include guardian/emergency contact/pick up information.
-Photo permission
- Health Statement/Emergency treatment form
-Feel free to include any diagnoses your child might have that may make learning more challenging.
Who is eligible to apply?
Children aged 4 through 6 years.
Enrollment is open to all families seeking an alternative early education approach.
When should I apply?
Application for enrollment open April 24th.
The program has room for only 10 total students and applications will be considered in the order they are submitted.
The application window will remain open until August 1st or until the class is full.
